A tutorial meant for artists who are new to publishing their works online. I've seen many uncropped, unedited sketches and pictures, and I think it's a pity. Some of my friends, who like to draw from time to time but not too often, tend to do that, and I just can't comprehend why they don't try to improve the quality of the photo/scan. So I decided to make this and show that it doesn't take much effort

I illustrated it with the programmes I use but there are also others, even the simplest picture browsers usually have some adjustment tools.

I've never made a tutorial before but I hope it's at least a bit useful! Don't hesitate to share it with someone who's reluctant to edit their art after scanning

Maybe you know better strategies, after all I'm no expert, but this is not meant for experts either. Feel free to share your ideas

I mentioned the groups because many of them don't like the scanner borders, dark mobile phone photos of pictures etc. With the adjustments I proposed you are much more certain to avoid your art being declined in most groups on dA
